Pet Owner

The first part of the process is to speak to you own veterinary surgeon about wanting your animal to be referred to our Clinic.

Your vet will then contact us directly via completion of our online Referral Request form. 

Once we have received the form from you vet, we will then contact you to arrange the initial appointment and to provide you with more details about the service.

Once we have enrolled your pet, we will also provide you with an online account.  This will allow you to make contact directly with the Clinic, as well as monitor progress of your animal throughout the program.

Once we have approved your account you’ll receive an email and you can log in and complete our Online Referral form.
